Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospitality Manager to join our team at Executive Inn Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, develop new revenue streams, and improve market share.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, minimizing risk and protecting the hotel's reputation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2-3 years in a hospitality management role
- Language: English
- Hours: 30 hours per week
