Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to join our team at Navartis, a leading player in the construction industry. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing our Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) new build projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Lead ICI new build projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities, ensuring efficient allocation and management of resources.
- Conduct financial reviews and forecast future budget requirements, ensuring operational excellence.
- Quality Assurance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards, implementing and upholding quality control procedures.
- Perform regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues or risks, maintaining high construction standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management with a focus on ICI new build projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements, ensuring successful project delivery.
