About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Supply Chain team at Nova Scotia Health Authority. As a key member of our team, you will provide expertise in managing and analyzing data to support decision-making and monitor performance across the service, including people, processes, and financial management.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in business, science, or engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of three years' experience in a supply chain analytical role working with large volumes of complex information. You will also have project management certification and experience supervising staff and coaching to achieve high levels of performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and analyze data to support decision-making and monitor performance across the service
  • Provide expertise in supply chain and data analysis to support business decisions
  • Supervise staff and coach to achieve high levels of performance
  • Manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines
  • Forge partnerships with other functional areas to drive performance across the business
