Job Summary

The Resident Coordinator will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, effective leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, and implementation of care plans
  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care is delivered
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
  • Perform other duties as required to support the delivery of excellent patient care

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current CARNA registration
  • Current CPR (BCLS) Certificate
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in supervising nursing staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
