About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with personal care and daily living activities
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Help residents to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements
