Job Summary

Great Canadian Entertainment is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Food and Beverage department as a Food and Beverage Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the profitability and success of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Food and Beverage team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Food and Beverage professionals to ensure excellent service and high-quality food products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our food and beverage offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, including 2-3 years of successful management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and industry-specific software programs.
  • POS experience and knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Serving it Right Certificate and Food Safe Level 2 certification required.

Work Environment

The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be available to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
