About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hotel operations at Gill Onward Enterprises Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, aligning with the company's vision and mission.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including human, financial, and material resources, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and other external activities, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as hospitality management or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of business operations and management principles.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
