Job Summary
Lone Star Texas Grill is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of our business model and high standards of customer service.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with the regional director to manage profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Conduct interviews and hire individuals who align with our company values and culture.
- Manage employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal labor costs.
- Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Communicate shift priorities and responsibilities to staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Exemplify exceptional leadership skills, embodying our core values of People, Empowerment, Results, and Coaching.
- Be a problem solver and supportive team player, multitasking and tackling issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate, Smart Serve Certification, and ability to remain physically active and busy during shifts.
- Ability to lift items up to 30lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
