Client Solutions Manager, Small Medium Enterprise Risk Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG). As a key member of our Small Medium Enterprise (SME) team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of SME clients, providing tailored risk management solutions and driving business retention.
- Evaluate accounts at renewal, identifying opportunities to enhance coverage and improve client relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring you are equipped to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and drive business growth.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in commercial insurance brokering. You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex risk management scenarios.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
