Overview

Kenna is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Solutions Enablement Team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customized campaigns that meet client business and program objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusted client relationships for all marketing campaign/program delivery.
  • Support the Solutions Enablement Team with the development of creative briefs, marketing campaigns, communication strategies, and budget estimates as required.
  • Ensure effective integration of cross-functional teams ranging from creative, strategy, and data to meet client requirements and drive efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the broader Solutions Enablement Team to understand the digital landscape and platform integration that complements marketing communication efforts.
  • Oversee every element of the project throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Proactively manage Client and Agency expectations, project scope, and risks.
  • Be a leader on the Solutions Enablement Team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Manage the timely flow of information and documentation of all client-related activity.

Qualifications

Experience that will help you succeed:

  • Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, communications, agriculture, or science.
  • 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Agency experience is an asset or experience working with cross-functional teams.
