    • Prepare and submit reports on technical issues and resolutions.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other technical support team members to resolve technical issues.
    • Participate in training and development activities to improve technical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or certificate in a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
