Laborer Position at Marinuk Farms

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Labourer at Marinuk Farms (1994) Ltd. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to farm operations, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
Key Responsibilities- Field Work: Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops, including vegetables, grains, and other crops.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on farm equipment and machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect crops for quality and readiness for market.
- Transportation: Assist with transportation of crops and equipment as needed.
As a General Labourer at Marinuk Farms, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work in a physically demanding role, handling heavy loads and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train on the job.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 to 48 hours per week.
- Work Term: Seasonal.
