Agricultural Labourer

We are seeking a skilled General Labourer to join our team at Marinuk Farms (1994) Ltd. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop harvesting and farming.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply the technique of hoeing between the row
- Clear fields of wood and stones
- Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
- Hand harvesting vegetables
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- Weeding
- Fertilize and spray crops
- Harvest crops
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
As a General Labourer, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to handle heavy loads, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. You will also be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.
