We are a reputable accounting firm seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Data Management: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
  • Accounts Management: Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Financial Calculations: Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, to support business decision-making.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
