We are a reputable accounting firm seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial records and accounts of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, as well as maintain accurate records of tax payments.
Requirements:
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in accounting or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
