Accounting Clerk

At SATISH ACCOUNTING SERVICES INC, we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. You will also be responsible for calculating fixed assets and depreciation, maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, and preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing tax returns and trial balance of books. Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Prepare cheques for payroll
* Reconcile accounts
* Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
* Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
* Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
* Prepare tax returns
* Prepare trial balance of books

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 to less than 7 months of experience
* Permanent employment
* English as the primary language of work
* 32 to 40 hours per week
