About the Role
This position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at EightSix Network as an Administrative Project Coordinator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in the management and supervision of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize regular meetings with project managers to review ongoing projects.
- Manage change notices and project updates.
- Prepare and organize end-of-project documentation.
- Create and issue purchase orders.
- Coordinate delivery dates and deadlines.
- Verify and monitor receipt of required manuals.
- Manage project documentation structure, creating and organizing necessary files.
- Enter, confirm and transfer budgets for change notices.
- Develop service offers for change notices.
- Create change notice reports.
Requirements
- 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to manage and coordinate projects at administrative level.
- Ability to gather and process data.
- Team spirit, essential for this role.
