Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Super Homes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and ensuring the smooth execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of tilesetters, glaziers, painters and decorators, and other tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Recruit and train new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are requisitioned or ordered in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe and healthy for all employees.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
