Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Super Homes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people, including tilesetters, glaziers, painters and decorators, and staff in various areas of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Train or arrange for training
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Read blueprints and drawings
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Organized and reliable
  • Team player
