As a Customer Service Supervisor at The UPS Store, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary skills and training to perform their tasks.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate records.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are available for customers.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
