Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Super Homes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Team Members: Provide guidance and support to our customer service team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Coordinate Activities: Schedule and coordinate activities to ensure that our customer service team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Recruit and Hire: Recruit and hire new team members to join our customer service team.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: Estimate costs and materials needed for projects and ensure that our team has the necessary resources to complete tasks.
  • Ensure Health and Safety: Ensure that our team is following health and safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, reliable, and a team player.
