The Retirement Living Consultant will be responsible for:

- Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual occupancy targets and budgets
- Reporting on and developing strategies to improve upon variances to budget
- Using a relationship-based approach to selling
- Leading all sales activities for the residence including community outreach, prospect advancements, activity tracking and reporting
- Following all sales and marketing policy and procedures
- Develop marketing plans and ongoing review of competitive analysis
- Collaboration with Executive Director and other site leadership to customize and enhance the sales experience at your residence

Must haves:

- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in a business to customer sales environment
- Proven achievement in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience setting and following through marketing strategies in secondary markets
- Strong leadership, change management and interpersonal skills
