About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Unito. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring the office is always stocked and running smoothly. This includes maintaining relationships with vendors, managing inventory, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Assist the finance and HR teams with various projects and tasks
  • Help with the bookkeeping cycle at the end of every month
  • Be responsible for accounts payable and purchasing
  • Partner with the sales team to manage procurement and invoicing
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, including travel and event logistics, document filing, and data entry
Requirements
  • Capacity and ambition to learn quickly and take on new challenges
  • Ability to multitask and change focus rapidly
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Accounting or bookkeeping training
  • Experience using accounting software
  • Experience in office management
