We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to lead our content and influence marketing campaigns as a Digital Marketing Project Manager at Made in.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to achieve exceptional results for our clients;
- Deploying mandates to meet client needs and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and project management;
- Managing client relationships and expectations, and creating and sharing campaign deliverables;
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal teams to find creative solutions and ensure budget tracking;
- Presenting campaign reports to specialists and stakeholders, and participating in influencer selection and negotiation;
- Assembling and leading a team of specialists to achieve campaign objectives, and guiding team members at each stage of the project;
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing quality assurance and media recommendations, and launching and optimizing media amplification campaigns;
- Supervising project coordinators and ensuring effective use of technological platforms and tools, and respecting internal management practices and procedures;
- Recruiting and contracting content creators and/or Made in talent, and ensuring timely and high-quality content production;
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing communication, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with agency experience an asset;
- Experience in media campaign management is an asset;
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken;
- Results-oriented attitude with a focus on excellence, and strong customer service skills and proven negotiation abilities;
- Ability to manage priorities and work under tight deadlines, and excellent organization and time management skills;
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and attention to detail, and demonstrated curiosity for content creation, social platforms, and learning;
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
