About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Content to lead our Influencer and Public Relations efforts for our live games. As a key member of our business unit, you will be responsible for setting the global direction for Influencer management and Public Relations, empowering your team to create and execute high-quality campaigns, and fostering collaboration with partners and agencies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Influencer and PR strategy to drive the success of our live games;
- Lead a team of influencer managers and PR managers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and development;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of Influencer and PR initiatives;
- Manage Influencer and PR budgets, ensuring ROI-driven results and data-informed approaches;
- Stay up-to-date with current game and entertainment industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of launching games and driving successful GaaS campaigns;
- Strong understanding of Influencer and PR KPIs, with a history of driving positive ROI and staying current with industry trends;
- Experience managing influencer and PR teams, with a passion for team building and mentoring;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with partner teams and agencies;
- Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus.
