Director of Influencer Management and Public Relations

Behaviour Interactive, a leading developer of immersive gaming experiences, is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Influencer and Public Relations efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the global direction for Influencer management and Public Relations, empowering your team to create high-quality campaigns, and fostering collaboration with partners and agencies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute global Influencer and PR strategies to drive the success of our live games and upcoming titles.
- Manage and mentor a team of influencer managers and PR specialists, ensuring their growth and development in a dynamic and creative environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the sound operation of our content creator program and drive positive ROI.
- Validate and manage Influencer and PR budgets for all our games, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Communicate player experience insights and address negative sentiment and press, including crisis management.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in the gaming or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of launching games and working on GaaS campaigns.
- Knowledge of and/or a network within the current game community, influencers, and journalists is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English; speaking French is a strong plus.
