Customer Experience Manager

Job Summary
This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics services within CB Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities, resolving customer concerns, and supporting safety and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the implementation of safety protocols and compliance procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the execution of procedures and management of systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate from a Business or Supply Chain program (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Excellent oral, written, and interactive communication skills.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
