Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager - Information Systems and Customer Experience to drive the successful implementation of key IS and CX projects. This role will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, particularly within information systems, and demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, resource allocation, and budget. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders regularly. Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off, status, and review meetings.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Project Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project team members. Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP or other Project Management certification.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, including:
    • Proven experience managing ERP, CRM, BI, and other business systems projects.
    • Proven experience in the delivery of CX projects involving cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Management of simultaneous projects of different sizes and complexity levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project) and/or Azure DevOps for task management within an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong understanding of customer service, technical support, and customer training processes and solutions.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and under tight deadlines, independently or within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bilingual French and English: To serve clients and external service providers across Canada and USA.
