In this strategic role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and driving our customer experience initiatives across all regions. You will collaborate closely with regional directors to ensure consistent excellence in customer interactions and foster a culture of customer-centricity throughout the organization.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer experience strategies aligned with global standards, ensuring seamless execution across diverse markets.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to elevate the quality of customer interactions through process optimization, leveraging feedback data and performance metrics.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of CX technologies and platforms, identifying opportunities for innovation and integration to enhance the customer journey.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, influencing and inspiring them to prioritize customer satisfaction as a core value.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to customer experience, analyzing insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in customer experience roles, preferably within the building automation or related industry.
  • Demonstrated success in enhancing customer experience on a global scale, driving positive outcomes and exceeding expectations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and foster collaboration.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
