About the Role

Brand Momentum is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Sales Consultant to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support and customer service to our online shoppers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Assist shoppers through the ordering process via various channels, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  2. Maximize Sales Conversion: Utilize excellent customer service, product knowledge, and follow-up calls to finalize sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Exceed Customer Expectations: Provide the highest level of care and service from inquiry to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Process Orders Timely and Accurately: Address any order adjustments and billing corrections promptly, supporting post-purchase ownership experience.
  5. Initiate Cold Calls: Build awareness around our transactional website and promote our services to select third-party business partners.
  6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with E-commerce, Marketing, and other teams to understand sales goals, product positioning, and market trends.
  7. Align Communication with Business Objectives: Ensure all communication aligns with overall marketing and business objectives.
  8. Monitor and Respond to Product Reviews: Check and promptly reply to all product reviews based on company policies and standards.
  9. Measure Performance and Adjust Strategies: Utilize monthly reports to measure performance based on identified KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
  1. Associate's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
  2. Customer Service and Sales Experience
  3. Track Record of Sales Success and Exceptional Customer Support
  4. Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  5. Computer Literacy and Typing Skills
  6. Proven Ability to Work Well in a Team Environment
  7. Consumer-Centric Mindset and Attitude
  8. Strong Work Ethic with Integrity, Self-Motivation, and Personal Responsibility
  9. Experience with Call Centers or Equivalent Customer Service Experience
  10. Proactive in Staying Current with Promotional Opportunities
  11. Entrepreneurial Spirit and Desire to Exceed Sales Goals
  12. English and French Required
