We are seeking an exceptional healthcare leader to join our executive leadership team as Vice President of Clinical Services and Quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader who can drive continuous improvement, lead high-performing teams, and serve as a champion for quality and safety in our organization.
Position Summary
The Vice President of Clinical Services and Quality will provide strategic leadership and guidance to our clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services that meet the needs of our community. This role will play a critical part in implementing our hospital's vision of providing seamless, integrated, and equitable access to healthcare services.
The portfolio responsibilities of this role include:
- Nursing and rehabilitation services
- Professional practice
- Infection prevention and control
- Ambulatory clinics
- Diagnostic imaging
- Pharmacy
- Other related departments as assigned
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required
- Masters degree in nursing, business administration, or leadership is considered a strong asset
- Minimum of five years of administrative and operations management experience, with significant experience in active nursing

- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of administration, leadership, management, and supervisory roles
- Ability to work independently, interdependently, and as an integral team member
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous quality improvement and lifelong learning
- Excellent inter-professional and communication skills
- Good communication skills in both official languages
