We are seeking an exceptional healthcare leader to join our executive leadership team as Vice President of Clinical Services and Quality. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary leader who can drive continuous improvement, foster collaboration, and promote excellence in patient care.
Position Summary
The Vice President of Clinical Services and Quality will provide strategic leadership and guidance to our clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services. This role will involve collaborating with senior leaders and direct reports to develop and implement strategies that align with our hospital's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to clinical teams
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and services
- Collaborate with senior leaders and direct reports to achieve hospital goals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of excellence
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Masters degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Leadership preferred
- Minimum of five years of administrative and operations management experience
