We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Personal Lines team in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legendary service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Communicate with clients to process policy changes, additions, and deletions.
- Process transactions and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Provide quotations and estimates to clients on premiums and coverage.
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.
