Customer Service Representative - Personal Lines

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Personal Lines team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legendary service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Procure sales opportunities by upgrading and bundling coverage for personal lines clients.
  • Communicate with clients to process additions, deletions, or changes to their policy, providing professional advice and recommendations.
  • Ensure all transactions and renewals are accurate and processed on a timely basis.
  • Provide quotations or estimates to clients on premiums, data enter work to create files, update information, confirm data and coverage, and record changes or adjustments.
  • Communicate with insurance company personnel as required.
  • Act as a liaison between the client, McDougall Insurance and Financial, and the insurance company, balancing the interests of all parties.
  • Function as part of a team responsible for assisting in the collection of accounts receivable and other areas as required.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional manner at all times, maintaining a position of trust and confidentiality.
  • Open, respectful, honest, and helpful manner with all team members, clients, and other staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.
