About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Bakery Nakamura. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and requisition food and kitchen supplies to meet production needs.
  • Prepare and manage kitchen budgets and cost estimates.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
