Job Summary:

Air Creebec inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Crew Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for scheduling Air Creebec Pilots and Flight Attendants in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the scheduling of crew members to ensure compliance with Federal Air Regulations, labour work rules, and company policies.
  • Work closely with the Chief Dispatcher to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain schedules that meet the needs of the airline and its crew members.
  • Monitor and analyze scheduling data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma (DES) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year previous experience in aviation, preferably in a scheduling or coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of general computer and software applications.
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts and under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Cree language is an asset.
