Job Summary

Air Creebec inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Crew Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for scheduling Air Creebec Pilots and Flight Attendants to ensure efficient use of crew members within the limitations of Federal Air Regulations, labour work rules, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate crew scheduling to meet operational requirements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
  • Develop and maintain accurate schedules and rosters
  • Communicate effectively with pilots, flight attendants, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze scheduling data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Chief Dispatcher to resolve scheduling conflicts and issues

Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma (DES) or equivalent
  • Minimum one year previous experience in aviation (asset)
  • Knowledge of general computer and software applications
  • Ability to work on rotating shifts and under pressure
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (English and French) with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Cree language (asset)
