Your Responsibilities:

As a participant in our franchisee training program, you will be required to complete all designated training modules, projects, and hands-on experiences alongside store managers and their teams. You will benefit from structured mentorship and extensive training across various regions of Canada, where you will observe established franchisees, collaborate with their teams, and engage with local customers to develop essential leadership and entrepreneurial capabilities in areas such as store operations, team leadership, administration, and community involvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in retail, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with the flexibility to adapt leadership styles to meet diverse team needs
  • Basic computer proficiency and a readiness to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • A dedicated individual with a commitment to community engagement
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Willingness to travel for training purposes
  • Openness to relocating for management opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify business trends and enhance sales performance
  • Background in visual merchandising
  • Familiarity with personnel management platforms like WorkDay
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
