Your Responsibilities:

As a participant in our franchisee training program, you will be required to complete all designated training modules, projects, and hands-on experiences alongside store managers and their teams. You will receive dedicated mentorship and extensive training across various regions of Canada, where you will observe current franchisees, collaborate with their teams, and engage with local customers to develop essential leadership and entrepreneurial skills in areas such as store operations, team management, administration, and community involvement.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in retail, including at least one year in a leadership capacity
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a flexible leadership style that adapts to the diverse needs of team members
  • Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities
  • A committed individual actively engaged in community initiatives
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Willingness to travel for training purposes
  • Flexibility to relocate for management opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in analyzing sales data and customer feedback to identify business trends and enhance sales performance
  • Background in visual merchandising
  • Familiarity with personnel management platforms such as WorkDay
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French
