Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at 2762149 ONTARIO INC. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Task Organization: Prioritize and organize tasks to achieve work objectives, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Logistics Planning: Develop and implement operational logistics plans to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work Order Management: Track and complete work orders, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
- Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring seamless inventory management.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate maintenance and repair work, ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Project Management: Collaborate with production supervisors to schedule production runs, ensuring cost and time efficiency.
- Production Monitoring: Monitor production progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, and Adobe Acrobat Reader to manage logistics operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, team player, accurate, values and ethics, initiative, and judgment.
