Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and organize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics to meet business objectives
  • Track and complete work orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production supervisor to schedule production runs, ensuring cost and time efficiency
  • Monitor production progress, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or issues
  • Project manage logistics operations, ensuring seamless execution and delivery
  • Coordinate and assign work to team members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of goods
  • Keep track of shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of accuracy and reliability
