Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at 2762149 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials between departments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and process orders and instructions received from customers
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to accomplish work efficiently
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including tracking and completing work orders
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on logistics activities
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment and maintain work records and logs
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices
  • MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, and Adobe Acrobat Reader skills
