Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Wheel King Transhaul Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the logistics of our organization, ensuring seamless execution of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Planning: Develop specific plans to prioritize and optimize logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Operational Coordination: Plan and organize operational logistics, including dispatching personnel, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers and customers.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Dispatch and Scheduling: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing delays.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
  • Data Analysis: Compile data to prepare documents, reports, and other materials as required.
Supervision and Teamwork

You will be working closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of our operations. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising 1-2 team members and providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in data analysis and record-keeping.
