Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile and organize orders and instructions received from customers
  • Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including tracking and completing work orders
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Prepare and submit reports on logistics operations
  • Collaborate with production supervisor to schedule production runs and monitor production progress
  • Ensure proper functioning of equipment and maintain work records and logs
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Knowledge of MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows
