Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and soliciting qualified brokerage sales leads for our outside Sales Account Executives.
Key Tasks:
- Research leads from various sources
- Make outbound sales calls to potential prospects
- Qualify prospects to ensure they are a target account for Willson International
- Book appointments for outside Sales Account Executives
- Track leads and daily calls on a lead tracker
