Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at PDO Solutions Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services
  • Assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
  • Develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased
  • Consult with suppliers
  • Review quotations
  • Determine contract terms and conditions
  • Establish delivery schedules
  • Monitor progress of delivery schedules
  • Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Provide customer service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Private sector experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
