Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at PDO Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services, as well as developing specifications and consulting with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and services to meet the needs of our organization
  • Develop specifications for purchases and consult with suppliers to ensure quality and compliance
  • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions
  • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with procurement software and systems
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
