Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our team at PDO Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services, as well as developing specifications for equipment and supplies to be purchased.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase equipment, materials, and business services to meet the needs of our organization
  • Develop specifications for equipment and supplies to be purchased
  • Consult with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
  • Review quotations and determine contract terms and conditions
  • Establish delivery schedules and monitor progress
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with procurement software and systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
