Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Pinoy Spot. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring adequate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms.
  • Review requirements of the establishment and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Select and purchase merchandise for resale, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English is required.
