Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at Syndicate Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve organizational goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Scheduling and Coordination: Establish work schedules and procedures, and coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring compliance with established procedures and policies.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 37.5 hours per week.
